For years, Anthony Kidd posed as a legitimate CPR instructor.

Through CPR Safety 411, he promised top-tier training.

But in reality, he was running a card mill.

🔴 What’s a card mill?

A fraudulent CPR operation where certifications are issued without proper training—putting unqualified individuals in life-or-death situations.

His scam began to unravel when multiple whistleblowers came forward, revealing that Kidd was:

❌ Issuing instructor certifications without actual training.
❌ Allowing criminals with serious convictions to become CPR instructors.
❌ Using fraudulent credentials to obtain Red Cross and AHA approvals.
❌ Creating fake front companies to bypass bans.

🚨 The fallout was massive.

✅ November 17, 2023 – The American Red Cross BANS CPR Safety 411.
• Kidd’s Red Cross Licensed Training Provider (LTP) agreement was TERMINATED.
• He was permanently blacklisted from issuing Red Cross certifications.
• CPR Safety 411 should have ceased operations immediately.

✅ September 16, 2024 – HSI STRIPS Kidd of His Training Center & Instructor Trainer Status.
• HSI permanently revoked Kidd’s ability to run an HSI Training Center.
• He can no longer issue certifications under HSI’s name.

✅ November 20, 2024 – The Red Cross BANS Kidd AGAIN—this time under his front, PA CPR Safety.
• After creating a new shell company to continue issuing Red Cross certifications, he was caught and blacklisted AGAIN.

🚨 Two major national training organizations had banned him TWICE. That should have been the end.

But it wasn’t.

When CPR Safety 411 got banned, did Kidd shut down?

Instead, he created a new name: PA CPR Safety.

🚩 No website. No social media. No real company—just a name to keep issuing certifications.
🚩 Its ONLY purpose was to work around the Red Cross ban.

And for a short while—it worked.
